Question About ILR - Going to get married

I will be eligible to apply for ILR in Feb 2010 but I'm getting married to a HSMP holder in October this year. Will being married affect my ILR application in any way? (It is only me who will be applying for ILR as he has been on HSMP only for 9 months.)
