Hi guys...

I have got a couple of questions regarding WTC/CTC.
I am a Polish national and my husband is non-EEA national.I am self employed and my husband is working full time.we have one child.My husband is currently on Work Permit and has recently applied for EEA2 Residence Card.Our joint income is ca 18k p/a.

I would like to know ..IF

I caould apply for CTC and WTC?

&

whether this would affect my husbands EEA2 RC Application?

would really appriciate your help in this matter.
