Hello Everybody

I am about to make an extension application (HSMP - To Tier1 General)

Question C9 is about providing detail of identity card.

"C9 Please give details of the applicant’s Identity Card for Foreign Nationals. Please note for the application to be valid and complete the applicant’s current Identity Card for Foreign Nationals must be provided, unless it is not available for one of the reasons specified on the application form."

And Reason that can be chosen is

1) Lost
2) Stolen
3) Returned to national authorities
4) Elsewhere in the UK Border Agency


However till date Initial HSMP applicant have not been issued with identity card..

Those who have already applied or about to apply please advise
