PSW- Should one apply within 12 months of getting degree?

Hi,

I completed my Masters degree from UK on November 2008 and went back to my home country since then. Now I plan to apply for PSW. Is that true one must apply for PSW visa within 12 months of getting his/her degree OR his/her application might be rejected as he/she loses 10 points? A reply will really be appericiated

Yes thats correct a su only got 1 year to apply within that time and if you dont, u will not qualify.
