Could anyone please clarify me if Statuatory Paternity Pay and Statuatory Maternity Pay are public funds. I am a bit worried as I received Statuatory Paternity Pay for 2 weeks last year and I am on work permit.

I have moved this to the Claiming Benefits section.

Neither Statutory Paternity Pay nor Statutory Maternity Pay are within the definition of Public Funds, as defined by para 6 of the Immigration Rules. So no problem at all!
