IELTS certicate for the immigration

Hello friend!
I come from Asia. I studied in Finland and got a degree in Electronics and Information technology engineering in Finland ( Bachelor Degee) and the language of instruction in my school of engineering is English.
Futhermore, I am working as a lab engineer in finland about 3 years now, i am going to apply to immigration to Canada without IELTS, is it possible?
I saw in the website they said
"If you choose not to take an approved language test, you must prove your ability to speak, listen, read and write Canada’s official languages through other written evidence"
Anyone of you have a work experience in Europe and immigration to Canada without to take IELTS?
