Hello

hi my name is Jan I want ask you some question about permanent Visa ...
My wife is from EU and we get married in October 2008
I Got my Resident card visa on my passport for five years in August 2009, Valid to August 2014
Do you know when I can apply for Permanent Card?
I heard that I can apply for permanent Residency after 3 years of our marriage is it true? or after issue of RC?
The time will be count from our marriage or from issue of RC?
Can you tell me the exact year and month, in which I can apply for Permanent Residency?
Start Living together in August 2008
Our marriage done in October 2008.
Issue of Resident Card August 2009.

You would normally obtain PR after 5 years of marriage to your EU spouse and continuous residence in the UK.

PR counts from the day you both were married and resident in the UK.
