I came to uk on in 2004 on SBS Visa 1 year. I got my 5 year work permit in october 04. I then when to india for holidays and got new 5 year stamp on 7th January while on holiday (i have the salary slip ) .then re- entered UK on 10th of Feb o5.

So when will qualify for ILR in dec 09 or jan 2010
