Hi

My wife's visa was sent as invalid as per photo did not meet the requirement and the money was refunded after about 3 months.

I am reapply could you please tell me if her application is categorised as REFUSED.

I am filling in the VAF10 application.

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
