PSW:date of award of dgree

Hi,

I am a recent postgradaute and would like to apply for PSW, but have a bit of a technical question. And I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me out.

I finished my first degree on July 2008,but my graduation ceremony is September 2009. My visa expires at the end of Oct 2009 but I won't get my MSc award till Nov 2009. And PSW requires applicant to apply within 12 months of the date of award of degree. So I am confused, can I use my first degree to apply for PSW?

1. The first degree u finished in July 2008 wud not be valid for PSW as 12 months has ben passed so u can not apply.
2. The Date of Award and the graduation date is always different.
3. The date of award is the date wen u were first notified by the awarding body that degree ahs been awarded and not the graduation date so in u case it has been passed as its Sep now.
4. U can only use the second degree for PSW if u hav completed u second degree.
5. U do not need to have your certificate of award for PSW as graduation date can be different for the second degree.
6. As long as u hav passed all the modulesfor u second degree and it has been confirmed officialy by the institution then u can apply for PSW.
