Who collects our visa application in Public Enquiry Office?

I have appointment at Public Enquiry Office to submit my visa application. I have the following querries:

1. Who collects our visa application? Do they only check our documents or also give decision?

2. I want to pay my application fee in cash. Do I have to pay the cash together with my application form when they collect my visa documents or there is some counter to deposit it before I apply?

There will be 4 or more Officers submitting the applications. You will be given a number and U have to wait for some time and then your number will be called...You have to submit all your documents to the officer and he will ONLY submit the documents, he will not take decision.

There is a seperate counter for visa fee submission. The officer will guide you for this also after checking your required documents.
