Filling SET(0) form.

Hello,

Just started filling form SET(0)..Wondering which ref to be filled on the ST(0)
Section 1.10 as i have got two references in the Letter sent by Home Office 3 yrs ago. followings are them..

Our ref : LT000000000/000
Work Permit Number : AABC000000

Can someone let me know which one to be used in the SET(0) Form set 1.10 ?

LT000000000/00 is right ref and you would write this.
