ICICI bank statement for 12 months

Apologies if i am asking this again , i am sure this has been discussed before.

i Personally went to ICICI bank today and asked for my 12 months statements , they refused to give me on a official letter head , but they have a running stationary paper written ICICI bank and a logo in black and whit color , they said they can issue me a statement on this paper on a dot matrix printer with a bank seal and signature.
alternatively i urged them to issue me a letter to state the authenticity of this statemnt , they refused stating its already stamped and signed .

Please advise me if this statement holds good. or will HO create any objections.

ICICI does issue letter on the Official Letter Head. I received it from them [Jaynagar 3rd Block/Phase branch which is near some famous book shop]. If you want to submit dot matrix printout(with stamped and signed) better also submit letter. Needless to say, I kicked normal staff very hard. I then spoke to the Branch Manager who was much more sensible and understanding.
