Post by me_chohan » Sun Sep 20, 2009 5:50 pm

Hi,
I am on two years Spouse visa which is about to end in April 2010, then i will be applying for ILR, i am currently claiming Working Tax Credit jointly with my wife as she is not Working and m current income is less than 16K.
Will working tax credit affect my application to ILR ?
