SAEG SCHEME

Hi everyone i have a query regarding SAEG visa.

Iam living in UK on SAEG Scheme. i also have a very good job here in London but unfortunetly my employer already told me before my joining that he will not apply for wp before 1 year period.

my question is that my will be expire in december so can i apply for FLR without switching to other scheme.
