Studying in UK

Guys

Want to ask one question, if someone could replay?

I have heard that if you have stayed/lived in UK for more than 3 years (on combination of WP & Tier 1 (G)); is that correct that you have to pay fee same as it is for EU/Home students (and not overseas/international) to study any course in UK?

Could anyone clarify or send me link if it is mentioned somewhere in home office website or elsewhere?

Yes thats true. I would also recommened to check with college admin for the same.

At my local university there are two requirements that must be met before home fees are charged: settlement (according to the Immigration Act of 1971) and ordinarily residence in the UK for three years. However, I imagine that this definition of eligibility for home fees can vary by university.
