Maintenance Fund Confusion

Post by ekta » Tue Sep 29, 2009 9:14 pm

Hi All

I am using
a) my bank statements of last 3 months (Jun-Aug 09) and
b) Bank ref letter maintaining funds in last 3 months which is issued on 22nd Sep
for Maintenance Funds. My confusion is - I donot have statements for Sep month. Aug statements are almost a month old so is there a chance of getting rejected?

Please reply as I am about to post my documents.

Thanks
Ekta

What does the bank letter state?

The August bank statement is too late now, so don't send it across. If the bank letter meets the requirements of the Home Office then that alone is enough.

See this link for requirements:

Please do not send me any Private Messages as I do not check these.

Thanks cheshiregoan for your prompt Reply.

Letter was issued on 22nd Sep but I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I think it's stuck because of postal strike.
Let me get the letter first then will seek the advice.

Many Thanks
Ekta
