work permit to tier2

I have been promoted within the same company.

Do i select

a. change of employment or

b. Initial switching application?

in dependent application form section H5

Do i need to show maintenace fund for myself and my dependent?
Do i need to give english test?

if the work scope and job responsibility has changed then it has to be a technical change in terms of the WP thus you will need to switch to Tier 2 as this has now replaced the work permits.
