Switching from Work Permit to Marriage Visas

I am an IT professional and curently on Work Permit with an Indian company having offices in UK as well. I am getting married to a girl having Indefinite leave to remain.
How will it affect my current job in case.

After the marriage it will be possible for you to apply for a spouse visa. The holder of a spouse visa is fully able to work in the UK without needing to get a Work Permit.

How will that affect your current job? Well there will be nothing to stop you remaining there if you wish, but nothing to prevent you leaving and getting a different job either.
