I have few questions in the form.
1) Section 2.1 date and place of first arrival in the UK/

should i use the first date when i came into uk which is nine years ago? or it is the date which i am qualified for applying nutralization which is 5 years ago?

2)Section 5. refrees and identidy.
what is the professional standing? could the doctor be the Doctor of Philosophy? and has to be british? thanks alot!

3) after submition, if i am go out for business trip for a bit longer, will they consider those into 90 days?

4) When we get the ILR, we have a cover letter from Home office mentioned about "we return the passport with endors extention to stay etc.." do we need to bring this letter too? As i lost it, please help.
