fiance visa postal application

can someone tell me if this is the correct process for a postal application for a fiance visa?

apply online using the e fastrack system ----- send all documents by fedex to the consulate ----- wait for them to be mailed back?

if thats the procedure i have this question.

1. do you need to print out a hard copy of VAF2 with attached photos and enclose it with the documennts?
