family visa refused

dear friends

i came on working holiday visa in 2004 and i switch to hsmp visa on 2006, my wife and kids applied for hsmp depandent visa on 2007 but been refused because i didnt enclosed my marriage status on working holiday visa so please help me , how can i get my family , i am eliglible to get my indefinite leave to remain in march shall i wait till that time before applying again

Your chances of succeeding are better if yiu have ILR.and in the future application make sure you send teh appropiate document.
