Do Home office really ask for extra information

Post by Duvvuri » Fri Oct 30, 2009 5:10 pm

Hi,

How many of u feel and have experienced tht when case worker has doubt they really ask for extra documents.

How many feel without asking extra information if they have any doubts they just reject.
Its almost like a poll to see how genuine and good r caseworkers.

Please share your experiences.

Thanks

Would you please calm down and stop posting same question again and again. You have provided enough evidence in support of your application. If someone dare to reject it, they should have solid reasons to do so. What do you think that why would they reject your application? Because of stamped online statements? No, I do not think so. They will not do anything against Tier 1 guidance notes. So, my dear, just take it easy and do not worry. Everything will be fine.

No, I am not asking you to stop asking questions. It is an open forum. And anyone can ask questions. But, if you have posted one question and it was answered by a member and then there is no further reply on that post, it means that all or I would say most members agree to it, so they do not post their answers.

But, if your question was answered incorrectly or incompletely, then other members come and give their valuable suggestions. And we should do so, if we see something is presented wrong, or incomplete, or showing just only one aspect, we should intervene and correct the mistake or give additional information. That is just my personal point of view.

Duvvuri,

Like mvent right put there is no harm in asking questions.

But if you notice most of the members collate their questions and put them in a single post to keep from spamming the forum.

I understand new queries keep coming up all the time, it happened with me as well, and I put around 3 -4 posts at various stages of my application process.

But there have been more than a dozen posts from you in the last 10 days many of them repetitive. This is a bit extreme, and probably something you can work on.

If you have follow up questions related to the one posted earlier, please do not create a new post, just continue in the thread.

And yes everyone here is worried my friend. So cool down and wait for things to take their course.

Regards

Agree. If you have provided proper documents then their is no point in loosing your sleep thinking what caseworker will do.

Also people should feel free to ask as many question as you can(provided they are not asking one question every minutes without researching forum), members do reply as mvent has rightly highlighted. When no further info are reqd. or if some perspectives are missed other members always put their thought across or vice versa.
