There is no such a thing as 'sponsor letter for dependant'. You can create your own invitation letter, but you don't have to. All you have to do is to fill in the dependant application form and answer all the questions about your wife and yourself correctly.
If you have seen this form, then you should be aware that all relevant information about main applicant (yourself) is requested in the last section of that form. You will have to provide information about your current visa, address in the UK, explain what you currently do in the UK and provide bank statements which fulfill the requirements.
If you wish you can also attach your rental or mortgage agreement to prove that your wife has a place to live in the UK. Other than that i don't think you need anything further to be honest.
