Change in Work Permit-ILR Query-Please Help!!!

Hi Guys,

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Can someone please let me know how many days gap is not considered as a break between 2 work permits for the purpose of ILR.

I left my first job on 31st Dec 2006 but my new employer made a work permit application to employ me two weeks before I left my previous job and it was approved on 10th Jan 2007. The approval was
confirmed with the Home Office over the telephone, however the
approval letter they posted on 10th Jan was lost in post so the
reprint came on 26th Jan 2007, hence I started working for my new employer from 1st Feb 2007.

Please could you let me know if I am OK in terms of being in continuous employment for 5 years to apply for my ILR.
