Workpermit Holder dependent visa query

Hi,

I am on work permit visa which is valid until Jan 2012. My workpermit letter which was issued in 2007 shows that I am working as reception Supervisor on £16,499.99 per anum.

Since 2008 I am more involved in rest of my company branches and helping the team and giving revelant training. My company have given me few salary increament since then under the same role which is now increased to £28,000 pa.

I want to find out if there will be any issue when my partner applies for the dependent visa from india to accompany me in uk?

If I provide a letter from my employer proving the salary increment will this be sufficient?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am currently in uk on workpermit since 2007 and my salary is increased to £16.5k to £28k in 3 years under same job title because of extended role.

If i provide a letter from my employer proving the salary increment will that be sufficient?

Will there be any issue when my wife applies for dependent visa from india?

this should not pose a problem at all. just present current your payslips as proof. the main objective of the check is to ensure that you are able to support your partner when she comes here and stay.
