ILR & Work gap due to extended maternity leave without p

Hi
I came to UK in april 2006 under HSMP & understand that i am covered under judicial review, i got extension of four years under Point based system.
As per my understanding that i am covered under judicial Review & will be eligible for ILR in 2010 currently i am on maternity leave & has then taken three months further leave without pay as dont want to leave my kid on mercy of day care nursery/ Also planning to go partime.
Now question is

While applying for ILR this three months gap in my work will affect my application or not? how much gap in work can one afford during the last four years time?
My part time work, though should be okay to proof economic activity but can this have any adverse affect on my application.
