ILR: Does 4 years or 5 years apply to me?

Hi,

Many thanks for taking the time to read this.

I had applied for HSMP in February 2006, but my initial HSMP approval letter came in August 2006. I was given EC in December 2006.

Since February 2006 is before the April 2006 mark, do i fall in the 4 year category for ILR under the Judicial Review, on the basis of "promise made" ?

Or is it 5 years for me?

I think it is the approval letter that matters
