Like most of you advisers I have had to CPD for the last couple of years. Without fail I have found the courses to be full of nonsense management-speak, and the tests try to trip you up rather than assess your knowledge. I have pointed out 3 mistakes in the quiz "Introduction to Immigration" - 3 where the answer was wrong. And several where the question was incorrectly worded or deliberately misleading.
I've passed the quiz and several others but I just wanted to know if I am alone in thinking that they're pretty dire?
