Rejection of German Student VISA

Dear folks, iam new member
I seek help regarding the remonstration and appeal due to rejection of german student Visa for the third consecutive time.
They asked me to open an account in gemany , I got the consent seal from Embassy then inititaeda na ccount at Hamburg for certain amount then now after all submissions they have again rejected my visa. (From India)

no other go only remonstaration any sugestions.....
