What is the procedure to apply for a visa extension after one has completed the 3-year Tier 1 visa?
What are the prevailing conditions to grant a smooth renewal?

Apologies if this has been posted before as I only managed to check for up to page 10! This website is immensely useful, my one wish is that for the posts to be re-grouped into relevant subject headings. Immense task, this!
