My friend applied eight months ago for PSW on PGD (old rules). He has not recieve decesion so far and his students visa has also expired.
Now he wants to withdraw his PSW application and apply for student visa, could you please advise about the possibility of withdraw of PSW and apply for student visa. Is it possible. Need your help

if his student visa run out and he wants to withdraw his application then he have to leave this country then apply for student visa in thier country otherwise just wait for outcome thanks.
