Hello guys,
Can you please advise on how the home office handles cases like my own where I have been in IT for 5years plus but I studied architecture in the univeristy.

Is there a bias against such cases?

What is the best way to present my claim for points in work experience area as I have been refused points in this section when I first applied.
The reason given was "insufficient evidence provided". My reference letter was not well structured then but now I have requested for another reference letter.

What more do u advise I do to get points in this area.
