Got approval (HSMP Under 28)Thank You all,

Post by hareenpatel » Mon Aug 08, 2005 11:09 am

Hi

I applied on 7th July 2005 from India (On the day of London Blasts so i was worried).
Got Ref. no. on 12th July

Then i was waiting & expecting rejection as i was not sure that i could make all claimed points. I had claimed 70 points.

Decision Made on 26th July 2005
Got letter & certificates on 6th August 2005

It was like a dream come true. I had claimed 50 points for senior level experience & was doubtfull for this.

Anyway, with help of this forum & all the guys who posted the posts & replied to my posts, i made it.

Thanks again.
Now i will apply for EC soon.

I am open to share my experience with u.

Lucky guy!

I have not seen many people getting hsmp with 50 points for work exp especially in under 28 cat.

Your major part is over and EC is only a formailty You can enjoy the party..............

You can transfer funds from any source to your accout As you are coming to UK for settlement not for visit so what ever you have in your accout is yours and you can use it in Uk if required !!!!!!!!!!!!

So cheer!!!!!!!! and get ready for realities of UK.

Hi!

Thanks for reply. Can u tell me something. I do not have savings in my bank account. But thereare transactions each month. Can my father deposit money to my account before i go for EC? Will it satisfy them?

Hiren,
many cases had been reported on this forum where EC was rejected on this objection that deposits were raised just for EC purpose. I am not authority to give u the final solution but my suggestion is that u may show ur father as ur sponsor and present a letter signed by ur father to embassy along with the bank statements of ur father and whatever amount u have in ur account. plus some assets if any on ur name.

regards
rao
