EE4 - comprehensive medical insurance

Post by pisipatu » Wed Dec 30, 2009 5:31 am

Hi,

I finished working in the middle of November. I have been self-sufficient since then and didn't know that the comprehensive medical insurance was required. I just bought it now and it is valid since yesterday. However, could you share your experience or opinion whether it would be a problem now when applying for Permanent Residence (EE4) for my husband (non-EEA) that I didn't have a cover for 1 and half month?

The rest of the period I have been working. Additionally, my husband is working and paying NI.

Thank you!
