Indefinite leave for work permit holder

Post by questioner » Thu Jan 14, 2010 4:01 pm

Hello

I am new to the board so if something is incorrect, Im sorry.

My friend came to uk on wp in 2005. She has changed jobs 3 years ago but she didn't inform the home office of this change.

Now she wants to apply for ilr. Can she ?
Also, she worked part time not full time, is this a problem ?

Please help

She came in UK on work permit of employer A. Then she changed to empoyer B or C. What was the status of her work permit when she switched to B or C. Did employer B or C transferred her work permit?

If her new employer i.e. B or C did not transferred her WP from employer A and she kept working on old WP, then she is in trouble. Not only she but also the employer B & C can be questioned and fined.
