INVALID APPLICATIONS.

I urgently need advice people.
l extnded my stay on the 28th of november along with my 2 children.however, l forgot to fill the b26 section on my form and my 1st childs form.l did fill it but l just put not applicable since the section did not apply to me.the section was about living in ireland.they send me the passports back and together with the forms and highlighted the section l need to fill.on the letter it says l have to pay the fee on the forms and the dependants fees but it also says they will refund me if l apply in 28day so lam a bt confused.

the problem is
1 is it a new pplication
2 do we have to fill new forms again
3 do l have to pay the full fee and the dependents form again
4 how long will it take to get the visas back
5 will l still have the rights to work.

l really need urgent help guys if you can assist me.
