Application to NARIC - CA from India

Hi friends

I am a Chartered Accountant from India. I am applying to NARIC for evaluation. I would be making an online application. I would like to know what documents i would need to send to NARIC, i.e only my degree certificate copy, or my marksheet as well? Also, i can send the documents by fax, is that correct?
