Help needed , about HSMP dependent visa

my situation is a bit different, I just got my HSMP on last week, and has switch my Visa from student visa to HSMP visa, but the situation is :

I'm planning go back to my hometown and getting married with my girl friend, my girl friend is living here with me , she is holding student visa, and has got she's degree few days agao, so she is no longer a student,, and her visa is going expiry in Dec 2005, so if she appliys for a dependent visa in my hometown:

1. what is the requirement for her???
2. what is the requirement for me? coz I wanna start hunting a job when we return to the U.K, I've not got a job yet.

please give me some help , I've not found any similar case on this board yet. Many thanks.
