algerian married to british, applied for spouse visa and was refused , i did appeal late, but no answer yet, then i applied again and was refused only for financial status that i don't have a job offer in the uk and my wife is not working, even i showed many work certificates from different international companies that have a branch in algeria. i did appeal , but my question is i am workign now in an american oil company in algeria in a position of logistic coordinator and i work 28days on and 28 days off, and my salary for both is 1100pounds ,having this job rotation system would it be possible for the immigration officers to concider me as working overseas and i will be allowed to have entry clearance cause i am really confused , i want to send them my work certificate and pay slip and ask the ECM to review the application again , iread this in ukvisa website that if circumstances changes i can submitt any new documents. so please do u see that having this job and this salary gonna make the last hurdle melting?
