Whether you work through a limited company structure or as an employee or in some other fashion is not a problem as long as you can provide valid documentary evidence(s) to prove your earnings - as specified in the Tier 1 (General) policy guidance. There is tax advantage in case of limited company , transfer of international money is easy in LTD company compare to sole trader
