Certificate of sponsorship

Post by Prabucoi » Sat Feb 06, 2010 3:34 pm

Hi

I am applying for Tier 2 category with a new CoS number as my first application was refused due to not providing the bank statements with bank logo. Hence I have prepared to apply again. I managed to obtain another CoS number from the employer.

My employer have given me only the reference number via email. Can I submit the application with only the reference or do I require to furnish any other document for CoS?

Any guidance in this matter will be appreciated

Rgds,
1. That wud be fine as the COS is only a refeence number and no additional documents are required to prove that.
2. The COS number contains all the details u employer entered wen he issued the COS.

Thanks it really helped.

So I can proceed applying with the reference number alone.

My employer has sent me a sponsor letter for month alone, is it sufficient enough?

Sponsor letter

Post by Prabucoi » Mon Feb 08, 2010 11:02 am

Hello

My sponsor letter states that employer will take care of maintenance and other miscellaneous expenses for the first month only. My question is it the right statement and if so can I proceed with the application.

Regards,
1. That wud be fine only if u employer is an A RATED SPONSOR.
2. So make sure that u employer has an A RATED LICENCE.
