Hi,

Kindly help me in filling the following ques:
F11. Give details when fingerprints were taken:
F12. Give details where fingerprints were taken, including the town or city and country:
F13. Give details of the British diplomatic post(s) involved if the application(s) was/were made abroad.

To give a brief summary of my immigration details, I had been to Uk initially on WP and then went back to India and later came on Work Permit Dependent Visa. Now I have to extend my stay as PBS Dependent.
My fingerprints were taken on both ocassions (while applying for WP as well as Dependent visa). Fingerprints were taken at VFS office in Cochin, even though my visa was issued at Chennai. So kindly help me in filling the correct details.

F11: Date when you applied for EC as dependent
F12: Visa Application Center, Cochin, India
F13: Chennai, India

So do I have to provide the application dates for both WP as well as Dependent Visa? Or the latter one alone is good enough?

Also for F13, should I give it as British High Commission, Chennai, India as they have asked for British diplomatic post(s)?
