same day premium service for 10 years continuous legal stay

Post by aman5 » Thu Feb 18, 2010 12:18 am

Having recently contacted a number of legal firms, some law firms are saying same day premium services are available for 10 years continuous stay ILR applications while other law firms are saying they do not have slots from Home office for this as Home Office has withdrawn same day premium service facility for 10 years continuous legal stay ILR from 1st Jan 2010.

I have read on this forum that postal applications are taking 24 months to anything up to a year.

Has anyone managed to get same day application appointment after 1st Jan. 2010 at Croydon office (himself/herself or through an immigration firm) for same day premium service for '10 years continuous legal stay ILR' application?

If yes, could you please point me to the right direction as to whom to contact in this regard as some firms offering this service whom I contacted gave rather evasive, unsatisfactory answers. I am not sure whether these firms are entirely trustworthy.

Any help/feedback would be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

Unfortunately, in-person applications are not possible now.

Many thanks for the prompt reply(s).

So I suppose no alternative left now but to send the application by post and then wait for months on end for a decision from the Home Office.

Also ask those lawyers to explain themselves. Maybe they do have slots but it would be interesting to know how
