Wants to marry my german GF on Schengen visa

I am Pakistani, currently working in UK, I am on Work Permit.

I want to marry my German GF.

I have loads of questions.

1) Can I marry her on Schengen Visa. I visit Germany quit a lot as tourist.

2) Is it better if we marry in Pakistan and then she apply a visa for me.

I just need to know before planning or jumping into the things.
Please advise me. What is best and convenient solution for us.

Which visa are you actually asking about ? visa for Germany or UK ?

If UK, then you are already on work permit as you said so I don't think you need to worry about it. You can of course apply under EEA rules once you are married.

As for marriage, if I were you, I would marry in Pakistan given that your family doesn't have any problem with your girl-friend. I am assuming you want a proper marriage with ceremony, walima and the stuff, if court marriage is OK for you, then again marrying Pakistan would be the easiest.

If not Pakistan, then UK would still be easier than Germany partly because you will find advise easily in case of any doubts.

Some things ( LOVE AND WAR/VISA ) are serious than joke. Life ( WITHOUT WIFE ) is not a joke.
I put question for come sincere suggestion ( MARRIAGE OR NO MARRIAGE ).
This is problem of us specially we Pakistani ( 1ST WE MARRY WITH GORRIES THAN IT REMINDS US WE HAVE ALSO AWAITING MANGAITER IN PAKISTAN ) We cant give sincere suggestion (HUM SA HO TO SAAMNAY AHAY ) we can only make fun of others ( A SIMBLE OF TRUE PAKISTANI ).

Which visa are you actually asking about ? visa for Germany or UK ?

If UK, then you are already on work permit as you said so I don't think you need to worry about it. You can of course apply under EEA rules once you are married.

Parents are not issue here, yes you are right we are planning a proper wedding.
I also think Pakistan would be better option. We dont need any sort of permission from state to get married there. Then we can come back and plan either she join me or I join her.

I am currently in UK under work permit.
Like a year or so ago we met in UK when she was doing an english course.
Since then we have a log of meeting each other.

Does all this critical too if I arrange a proper wedding in Pakistan, I mean invite all family and friends etc.


Or you would suggest a better option for us. For us its important to be together now.
