HI Guys,

My wife is on WorkPermit and i am on dependent visa.We had a Baby Girl and would like to apply visa for her.could you please let me know the documents we need to provide.My Wife is on Maternity leave at the moment. i am working as well

I think you need to use the same forms as mentioned abve by sush..

But on the form it clearly written that this form for who has leave to remain under the points based system.

but i have work permit not tier 2. please clearify me i am very confused ...
