QUERY REGARDING DEADLINE FOR PSW VISA APPLICATION

hello friends, need ur help


I have finished my Masters In October 2009, i have still got student visa till MAY 2010. my university told me that you should apply PSW widin [4 MONTHS] after u completed ur degree, otherwise ur student visa is not valid after 4 month.
you can't apply PSW visa after 4 months of completion of ur degree. is it true pl help me. I need ur advice on this rule.

So what do they suggest that you can do now when you can clearly show that your student leave is until may 2010...

Dont worry too much about it and apply for your PSW visa before ur student visa expires.. or u can do an out of country application from your home country by leaving the UK before your visa expires and applying before the date of award of your degree. Just be careful about the funds in both cases..
