hie all many thanx for all your contributions and advice. I stopped claiming tax credits and DLA for my son as advised pre ILR application. Granted ILR and wanted to know if i have to make new claims - was never given child benefit so that will be a new claim...its the other 2 i am not so sure of. thanx

Yes, you need to submit new claims. You cannot just resume the previous claims.
