ILR Help Needed

Hi Everyone,

This is My first post and i hope that somebody will help me to understand few things about ILR.

Basically i got HSMP in Feb 2006 for one year but i wasnt qualified for extension in 2007 so i didnt apply for extension and changed my visa status as dependent. But thanks to HSMP Forum i was able to apply again and got reinstated as Tier 1 in 2008 December and got visa for 4 years under Tier 1 which means i will be eligible for ILR in 2012(According to them).

Now i finished my 4 years considering my first visa in 2006 feb.so would i be able to apply for ILR eventhough i wasnt on HSMP or Tier1 or Work permit for 22 months (btw Feb 2007 to Dec 2008) or i have to wait until 2012?

If i am eligible under Judicial review then what documents i need to provide for Home Office?
