Quick reply required for referee !!

Hi

I am trying to get one referee, says non Uk is ok but doctor / solicitor / or manager of uk vAT registerd company /
but my referee came back to me saying, she is not manager on work permit visa (but she is a manager of the company at the mmoment...also she is non uk citizen.....I mean I dont know what her work permit visa says on her passport but as far as I see, there is no passport number or anything to be declared for the referees (if non UK citizen),
It should be ok for me to choose her as a refereree ?

In form an you can see the following

One referee should be a person of any nationality who has professional standing, egdoctor, minister of religion, civil servant, or a member of a professional body e.g. accountant or solicitor (who is not representing you with this application) including manager of a VAT registered company.

So this should be ok
